Hardesty, a former lawmaker himself, opened up Wednesday’s board meeting calling on the legislature to level the playing field.
He brought props for the meeting, too. He showed the new school code book and stacked all additions since 2019 and compared the regulations to a one pager of guidelines for public charter schools and an index card of guidelines for homeschool.
