The fund, created by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act signed in July, makes West Virginia eligible to receive over $100 million annually over the next five years.
“It’s more than just a new approach to health care,” Morrisey said during a Nov. 6 press conference in Parkersburg announcing the application. “It’s a different way we can strengthen our economy, really supercharge our workforce and help the people of our state.”
