A press release from Governor Morrisey’s office, released on Tuesday, included the following statement:
“The first five percent of the proposed income tax reduction is included and fully funded in the current state budget. The administration is working with the Legislature to identify the remaining five percent through collaboration, offsets, and additional savings.”
