Exponent Telegram – Barbour County Chamber of Commerce President Hunter Mullens will chair two public informational events regarding the proposed amendments to the state Constitution that are scheduled to appear on November’s general election ballot.

The chamber invites the public to an open luncheon meeting starting at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 21 at the Medallion Restaurant in Philippi.

The presenters for the session will include Barbour County Assessor Derick Spencer, who will discuss all four amendments.
