WBOY TV – West Virginia advocacy groups gathered in Morgantown at 123 Pleasant Street for an Unequal Happy Hour. The event highlighted a West Virginia Center on Budget and Policy report that shows the Mountain State has one of the highest gender pay gaps in the nation and suggests policies to help close the gap.
