WTOV – Wheeling residents had the chance to learn more about West Virginia legislature on Wednesday during a workshop at the First State Capitol Building downtown. Read/watch.
The workshop gave guests an overview of the West Virginia state government and political infrastructure.
Guests also engaged in mock interviews to learn how to talk to legislators.
