The data was included in a new report released Wednesday by the West Virginia Center on Budget and Policy.
Due to a number of factors, including a growing Hope Scholarship voucher program and the waning of pandemic-era funding, school districts across West Virginia are facing a funding cliff going into the 2024-25 school year, the report said.
